ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting and election of officers for the Woodbrook Secondary School Alumni Association takes place at 6.00pm, Saturday 9th June 2018 at the school’s compound, 41-45 French Street, Woodbrook.


Alumni interested in holding a portfolio on the executive for the upcoming two year term are asked to email their interest to wssalumniassociationtt@gmail.com by 28th MAY 2018.



Executive Positions are as follows:

• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Assistant Secretary
• Treasurer
• Assistant Treasurer
• P.R.O
• School Affairs Officer
• 3 Committee Members ( non portfolio)
• 3 Disciplinary Members

Persons submitting for the various positions will be required to attend a familiarization workshop prior to the A.G.M


Alumni members unable to attend the AGM in person will be able to vote by proxy.

Having no quorum present for the two attempts made in December and January to host our AGM, we are trying once again and look forward to your attendance.

NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Woodbrook Secondary School Alumni Association, will be held at the School’s Compound on Saturday 30th May, 2015 at 6.00pm for the following purpose:

AGENDA

1. Minutes of the Annual General Meeting

2. Amendments to Bye-Laws

3. To receive the following reports:

President’s

Treasurer’s

4. Confirmation of Audited Accounts

5. Election of Officers

6. Appointment of Auditors for new term

7. Any other Business

The Annual General Meeting for 2013  will be a shortened version as the drafter of the  constitution has advised that our elections are held every 2 years.  

There will be no elections for 2013.

The 2013 AGM will form part of the MAY DAY activities to  officially report on where we are and where we are heading.


Ensure you are a registered Alumni member, which enables you to vote, be part of a committee, etc   by signing up via the Membership Form and your payment/s are up to date.
